As the great modern poet and philosopher, Eminem, said: “Guess who’s back? Back again?”
I didn’t plan on taking a hiatus or disappearing. It kind of just turned into one. As I’ve explained in the past, I also do kids book and comics. So I sort of got caught up finishing two different comic book ideas.
As I’ve also said in the past, making comic books is HAAAARRRRD. So I got sidetracked doing them, because I love them, but than meant finishing Harry and Archie’s third book fell to the wayside. Plotting my murder-mystery series on a farm fell to the wayside as well 🙁
I didn’t mean for that to happen, but it did, and I apologize.
With that being said, though, I’ve been itching to get back onto Wickermore Island and finish Harry’s third mystery. The third book sort of sets up the end of this first story-arc I’ve been telling with him and his sarcastic-sleuthing feline partner, Archie. So I can’t wait for everyone to read it.
I’m also working on a brand new short story featuring Harry and Archie. This short story will take place between books one and two of the Harry Ferriman Investgation series, but it will be completely standalone. So you won’t have to read either one to understand what’s going on. And hopefully it’ll be a great appetizer for anyone who has yet to read the books.
